The Gulf Malayali Federation nicknamed as GMF, was established as a Society as per the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955, in the year 2019 towards the goal of attaining the overall welfare and development of the Pravasi Malayalees in the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) Countries, who comprise around 90 percent of the Pravasi Malayalees worldwide. We focus our attention on solving their various kinds of issues such as extending legal & other humanitarian help, resolving issues at workplace, expose the unscrupulous attitude of the Recruiting agents etc. Our main goal is to bring the issues in the limelight so that the respective authorities in the host countries as well as the Indian missions functioning there, and solve them according to the established protocols. We are also working for the rehabilitation of the Gulf Malayalees in Kerala by providing the required inputs to the Government of India and the Government of Kerala so that the Governments shall device appropriate measures for their well-being when they return home. We are not driven by any religious or political parties. The GMF has established committees in all 6 GCC countries and the needy Pravasis can contact our volunteers whenever they need our help and assistance. As Chairman of the GMF, I can assure you that we shall be with you in all your times of joy and sorrow.
ഗൾഫ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ജീവിക്കുകയും ജോലി ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന മലയാളികൾ നേരിടുന്ന നിയമപ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ അതാത് രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെയും ഇന്ത്യയിലെയും (കേരളത്തിലെയും) നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥകളുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് കിടക്കുന്നതാണ്. ഓരോ രാജ്യങ്ങളിലെയും നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥ ഒറ്റപ്പെട്ടതോ അടഞ്ഞതോ ആയ തുരുത്തുകളല്ല. ആധുനിക കാലത്ത് ധാരാളം കൊടുക്കൽ വാങ്ങലുകൾ പരിഷ്കൃതരാജ്യങ്ങൾ തമ്മിൽ നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. ഒരു രാജ്യത്തെ കോടതിവിധി മറ്റൊരു രാജ്യം അംഗീകരിക്കുകയും അതേപോലെ നടപ്പിലാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. ഇതൊക്കെ രാജ്യങ്ങൾ തമ്മിലുള്ള രാഷ്ട്രീയവും നയതന്ത്രപരവുമായ ബന്ധങ്ങളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനത്തിൽ നിര്ണയിക്കപ്പെടുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങളാണ്. പൂർണ്ണമായും ആതിഥേയ രാജ്യങ്ങളുടെ നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ പരിഹരിക്കാവുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങൾ, പൂർണ്ണമായും ഇൻഡ്യയുടെ (കേരളത്തിൻറെ) നിയമവ്യവസ്ഥയിൽ പരിഹരിക്കാവുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങൾ, നയതന്ത്രതലത്തിലും രാഷ്ട്രീയമായും പരിഹരിക്കാവുന്ന വിഷയങ്ങൾ തുടങ്ങി സങ്കീർണ്ണമായ നീതി ന്യായ വ്യവസ്ഥകൾക്കുള്ളിലാണ് ഓരോ പ്രവാസി മലയാളിയും ഗൾഫ് രാജ്യങ്ങളിൽ ജീവിക്കുന്നത്. ഈ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ഇൻഡ്യയിലെയും വിദേശത്തെയും അവരുടെ വിവിധങ്ങളായ നിയമപ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ പരിഹരിക്കുന്നതിന് വേണ്ട ഉപദേശ നിർദ്ദേശങ്ങൾക്ക് ഗൾഫ് മലയാളി ഫെഡറേഷന്റെ സഹയാത്രികനായ അഡ്വ. ആർ മുരളീധരനുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെടാവുന്നതാണ്. ദീർഘകാലം സൗദി അറേബ്യയിൽ പ്രവാസിയായി ജീവിക്കുകയും ഗൾഫ് മലയാളികളുടെ നിയമ-സാമൂഹ്യ വിഷയങ്ങളിൽ ഇടപെടുകയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ള അഡ്വ.മുരളീധരൻ ഇപ്പോൾ തിരുവനന്തപുരം കോടതികളിൽ അഭിഭാഷകനായി പ്രാക്ടീസ് ചെയ്യുകയാണ്. അദ്ദേഹത്തെ ബന്ധപ്പെടാനുള്ള അഡ്രസ്സ് താഴെക്കൊടുക്കുന്നു.
